Collaboration with ISIC Association:

The launch of the new Nol card follows an agreement between RTA and the ISIC Association, marking a significant partnership aimed at enriching students’ daily commutes and enhancing their overall experience. By providing access to exclusive discounts and benefits, as well as streamlining the application and management process, the initiative aims to make student life in Dubai more convenient and enjoyable.
