Abu Dhabi’s Landmark Hindu Temple Set for Inauguration by Indian PM Modi in February

Abu Dhabi is set to witness the inauguration of its first traditional hand-carved Hindu temple in February, with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi scheduled to lead the dedication ceremony. This much-anticipated religious site, located in the Abu Mureikha area, is a blend of intricate art and cultural integration, representing a significant milestone in the UAE’s history of inclusivity and diversity.

The temple’s construction, which began in 2020, showcases spectacular sculptures set in pink sandstone and white marble, capturing the essence of traditional Hindu architecture.
