In a lawsuit brought by his former assistant, Asta Jonasson, Vin Diesel is accused of sexual battery.

Vin Diesel, famous for his role in the “Fast and Furious” franchise, is facing accusations of sexual battery in a lawsuit filed by his former assistant, Asta Jonasson. The alleged incident took place in 2010 in a hotel suite in Atlanta.

The lawsuit claims that Diesel forced himself onto Jonasson, leading her to attempt an escape. According to the lawsuit, Diesel groped her chest, kissed her, and tried to pull down her underwear. Jonasson felt compelled to touch him in an attempt to end the assault.

Termination and Hostile Work Environment:

After the incident, Jonasson was fired by Diesel’s sister and company president, Samantha Vincent. The lawsuit contends that Jonasson’s termination resulted from resisting Diesel’s advances, creating a hostile work environment.

Vin Diesel’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, categorically denied the allegations, stating that Diesel had never heard of the claim before.

The attorney emphasized clear evidence refuting the “outlandish allegations.” Diesel is prepared to contest the legal claims made against him.
