UAE Weather: Yellow and Orange Alerts Issued for Continuing Rains

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has published weather alerts indicating ongoing weather hazards in the country. Residents are advised to stay informed and take necessary precautions.
‘Hazardous Weather Events’ Expected:
NCM has warned of ‘hazardous weather events’ in the region. The public is strongly advised to adhere to the guidelines and directives provided by local authorities to ensure their safety.
Residents are cautioned to exercise caution when going outdoors, particularly while driving.
The Abu Dhabi Police have also issued an alert for motorists, urging them to be vigilant and to stay updated on changing speed limits, which will be displayed on electronic signs along the road.
Weather Conditions and Rains:
The weather forecast indicates the possibility of heavy rains in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Light to moderate winds are expected to cause blowing dust and sand. Temperatures in these regions will range from 25°C to 32°C.
The sea conditions are also affected by the weather, with the Arabian Gulf experiencing moderate to rough waters, especially when cloud cover is present.
In the Oman Sea, the sea conditions are expected to be slight to moderate, with occasional rough patches, also related to cloud cover.
