UAE Sends Humanitarian Aid Ship to Gaza in Landmark ‘Gallant Knight 3’

An Emirati relief ship carrying 4,016 tonnes of important supplies has set sail from Fujairah to Al-Arish, marking a critical stage in the 'Gallant Knight 3' mission.

In a significant humanitarian effort, an Emirati aid ship laden with 4,016 tons of essential supplies has set sail from Fujairah to Al-Arish, marking a crucial phase of the ‘Gallant Knight 3’ operation. 

This mission, initiated by UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, aims to provide substantial support to the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

Robust Humanitarian Operation:

The aid ship carries a diverse range of provisions, including 3,465 tonnes of food supplies, 420 tonnes of shelter materials, and 131 tons of medical aid. 

Contributions from esteemed organizations such as the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation for Humanitarian Works, the Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Foundation, and the Emirates Red Crescent Authority have played a pivotal role in this comprehensive relief effort.

Ongoing Support for Palestine:

The UAE’s commitment to aiding the Palestinian people extends beyond the ‘Gallant Knight 3’ operation, with a cumulative aid total surpassing 2,681 tons before December 1. 

The extensive air bridge established by the UAE, involving 92 aircraft, underscores the nation’s dedication to providing continuous support to Palestine.

The humanitarian initiative underscores the UAE’s unwavering commitment to solidarity and cooperation with the Palestinian people, rooted in a longstanding history of relief and humanitarian endeavors. 

The nation has consistently prioritized offering diverse forms of support to address the needs of the Palestinian population.
