UAE Discontinues Three-Month Visit Visas

The UAE has discontinued the issuance of three-month visit visas, a development recently confirmed by authorities and travel agencies. Visitors to the UAE are now limited to 30- or 60-day visas.
The Federal Authority For Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP) call center executive confirmed that three-month entry permits are no longer available.
Travel Agency Verification:
Travel agents have also verified the discontinuation, stating that requesting a three-month visit visa is no longer available on their portals for issuing permits.
The three-month visit visa was initially discontinued during the COVID-19 pandemic, and a 60-day option was introduced. However, the three-month scheme was briefly reintroduced as a leisure visa in May.
Exceptions in Dubai:
In Dubai, the issuance of 90-day visas is still available for first-degree relatives of residents.
Residents can bring their parents or relatives on the three-month scheme, as confirmed by a call center executive at Amer.
