Tragic Death of 17-Year-Old Indian Student in Ajman

A 17-year-old student from Kerala, India, met a tragic end when he fell from the building where he resided in Ajman. The incident occurred early Monday morning and was reported to the authorities by Ajman Police.

Student at Global Indian School Ajman:

The young boy, a grade 12 student at the Global Indian School Ajman, had recently attended a community event at a church with his family. The circumstances surrounding his fall are unclear.

Social workers are assisting the family in arranging the necessary formalities and paperwork to repatriate the boy’s body to India. 

Once completed, the funeral will be held in India. The boy is survived by his father, an entrepreneur, and his mother, a nurse in Dubai. He also has two younger sisters.

Previous Tragic Incidents:

This unfortunate incident follows similar tragic occurrences in the region, including the death of a 12-year-old girl who fell in Dubai earlier this year while her mother was at work and her father was away in India. 

In 2022, a 16-year-old boy died while skateboarding on the top floor of a seven-story car park in the Al Taawun area.
