Sharjah to Host 10-Day Celebration for UAE 52nd National Day

The Sharjah Executive Council is considering a proposal to organize a 10-day celebration in honor of the UAE’s 52nd National Day.
Extensive Festivities Across All Cities and Regions:
Over 10 days, celebrations will be held in all cities and regions of Sharjah. The festivities will include parades, heritage exhibitions, music performances, folklore presentations, aerial displays, and entertainment shows. Numerous events, workshops, and competitions will promote community values and unity.
Leadership of the Meeting:
Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, the Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, chaired the meeting discussing this proposal.
The previous year, Sharjah hosted National Day celebrations from November 24 to December 3.
Significance of UAE National Day:
UAE National Day is celebrated on December 2 every year to mark the unification of the Emirates in 1971.
In observance of this important occasion, employees in both the private and public sectors are granted paid holidays on December 2 and 3.
