Sharjah Police enhance efficiency and privacy with expanded online services

Officials will process complaints in offices once reports are posted digitally.
Accelerating Response Times
Sharjah Police have embarked on a transformative initiative designed to expedite response times and safeguard the privacy of residents who file complaints.
A Digital Leap
The police department has announced that a remarkable 98 percent of its services will now be accessible online.
This includes a wide range of services, such as reporting damaged or lost items, handling family disputes, and addressing financial complaints.
Convenient Access via the Ministry of Interior App
Residents can conveniently access all these services through the Ministry of Interior app. This digital shift not only optimizes the use of time for all parties involved but also significantly enhances the speed at which the police can respond to various matters.
Colonel Youssef bin Harmoul, Director of Sharjah Police’s Comprehensive Police Stations Department, emphasized the effectiveness of this transition in improving services and streamlining processes.
This digital transformation reflects a commitment to modernization and customer-focused solutions in law enforcement.
