Over 250 Indian Tech Companies to Showcase Latest Innovations at Gitex Global

More than 250 Indian technology businesses will be present at Gitex Global, each showcasing their latest products and solutions.

Gitex Global will witness the active participation of more than 250 Indian technology companies, each presenting their latest products and solutions. 

The event, scheduled for October 16-20, brings together prominent ICT players worldwide, offering diverse, innovative technologies and services.

Leading the Indian ICT Delegation:

A high-level ICT delegation, sponsored by the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC), is set to participate in the world’s largest technology exhibition, which took place at the Dubai World Trade Centre. 

The ESC, the apex organization of IT and related product exporters, has reappointed Kamal Vachani as the regional representative for the UAE and the Middle East.

An Array of Innovative Offerings:

Indian companies will showcase extensive products and solutions at the India Pavilion during Gitex Global. 

These offerings span a broad spectrum, including AI-enabled devices, banking solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, metaverse technologies, educational solutions, telecom services, and more.

Fostering Global Business Linkages:

ESC’s consistent participation in Gitex and related events facilitates interactions between the Indian ICT industry and global companies seeking products and solutions. 

With a 50-member delegation representing various enterprises, including the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME), the event is expected to generate numerous business inquiries and foster meaningful business linkages.

Emphasizing India’s Growing Role in Technology:

India’s continued participation in Gitex Global gains significance, especially with its thriving startup ecosystem, which boasts over 99,000 startups, including 108 unicorns, collectively valued at over $340 billion. 

Additionally, India-UAE bilateral links have strengthened, particularly with the signing of a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, underlining the expanding scope of collaboration.
