Dubai economy has launched the upgraded version of its smart protection, the first service was started in 2018 to resolve consumer complaints faster than earlier without any human intervention.

  • CCCP has resolved more than 2,000 complaints through the service since its launch.

The new upgraded smart protection will enhance the customer service more rapidly through re-engineering procedures and harnessing art technologies.

Ques: How to file a complaint?                                         

Ans: The consumer can go to the store and present the solution letter to have the complaint resolved and settled. The upgraded version will enable the merchant to track all the details and simultaneously, the consumer department will continue to gather valuable feedback to evaluate consumer satisfaction and improve the customer experience.

This smart upgrade will have 42 new policies and 12 new sectors. Dubai economy will continue to develop services in future too for better development.
