Luxury Airline Startup Beond Launches Commercial Operations from Dubai

Beond, a premium airline company based in Dubai, has announced the start of commercial operations.

Beond, a Dubai-based luxury airline startup, announced the commencement of its commercial operations. 

Inaugural flights, all business-class, are scheduled next month to destinations including Riyadh, Munich, and Zurich.

Subheading 2: A Luxurious Airbus A319 Debut:

The newly launched private carrier showcased its first aircraft, an Airbus A319 configured with 44 luxurious all-lay-flat seats at the Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai World Central.

Beond revealed plans for new routes from Dubai and Milan beginning in late March 2024. Over the next five years, the airline intends to expand its fleet to 32 aircraft and connect travelers to 60 destinations.

Unique Travel Experiences:

Beond’s Airbus A320-family aircraft will provide passengers with a lay-flat configuration, facilitating travel from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific to destinations like the Maldives. 

The airline’s first aircraft will be on display at the Dubai Air Show in mid-November, with additional Airbus aircraft joining the fleet in late 2023 and early 2024.

Pricing and Vision:

One-way airfares with Beond start at 1,500 euros (approximately Dh6,000) per person, depending on the departure location. 

The airline’s founder and CEO, Tero Taskila, expressed the goal of taking customers to unique and unspoiled destinations, allowing them to embark on memorable vacations. 

The Chief Commercial Officer, Said Sascha Feuerherd, also shared their enthusiasm about the strong response from customers and stakeholders, with growing interest from new origins on their route map.
