Invest AD and Blackstone collaborate to launch private debt fund

The SCA-regulated Invest AD Blackstone Private Debt Fund will get Blackstone’s institutional-calibre credit forum to qualified non-US investors.

Abu Dhabi Investment Company has teamed up with private investment banking firm Blackstone to introduce a new investment opportunity for investors. 

The “Invest AD Blackstone Private Debt Fund” has been established as a regulated fund under the oversight of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).

Global Investment Access for Qualified Investors

This fund will provide qualified non-US investors, primarily in the UAE, with access to Blackstone’s esteemed institutional-caliber credit strategies in the United States and Europe. 

The collaboration between Invest AD and Blackstone underscores the growing appetite for investment opportunities in the region, connecting local investors with global financial expertise and opportunities.
