Etisalat launches ‘Smiles’ food delivery service

On Saturday, Etisalat announced the launch of Smiles’ food order and delivery service in the whole UAE. As part of its continuous efforts to constantly innovate and enhance consumers experience.

Etisalat has now its own food delivery platform through Smiles app, with more than 2,499 restaurants in it.

From this new delivery feature, customers can now order their favourite food from restaurants close to them. And also earn and redeem Smiles points on their food deliveries as well as enjoy extra discount deals on food deliveries exclusive to Smiles. Customer who orders via the app can earn 1 Smiles point for every Dh1 on card payments.

This growth not only includes to the various avenues of engagement with the Smiles app. But it also enhances the possibility of earning. And redeeming Smiles points for a service that frequently use on a recurring basis.

Chief consumer officer, Etisalat, Khaled Elkhouly said Smiles is in good position to expand its availability in the food delivery market. And also create additional value to its customers and partners.

“Today dining is very popular category on Smiles platform, with our customers enjoying unique offers with Smiles while dining out. We listened to the voice of our customers and have now extended the convenience of food ordering via Smiles from giving them the comfort of their own homes.”

Smiles is one of the largest lifestyle engagement programmes in the UAE, has more than 2.2 million registered members. And is open to all residents, citizens and visitors of the UAE.

It also offers everyday savings to the members through earn and redemption of Smiles points for etisalat, partner products and services as well as ‘Unlimited Buy 1 Get 1 Free’. And also many other discount offers at over 3,000 outlets, on entertainment, shopping, dining, travel, services and wellness experience.
