Embracing Dubai: Londoner Rebecca Moses’ new chapter

Rebecca Moses’ first Dubai house is in a fantastic terraced building in the up-and-coming area.
Rebecca Moses, a 31-year-old interior designer and asset management professional, embarked on a significant change by leaving London behind for a new life in Dubai. Settling into her one-bedroom apartment in Sobha Hartland, she’s immersing herself in the vibrant lifestyle of the Emirates.
A Seamless Transition
After making the decision to relocate in January, Rebecca moved into her new home just two months later. Her 790 square foot apartment, nestled in the burgeoning area of Sobha Hartland, offers her a modern space to call her own.
Living Space Details
The apartment, boasting a sizeable 790 square feet, provides Rebecca with a comfortable living environment. In this burgeoning locale, the cost for such a space amounts to Dh85,000 ($23,140) annually, payable across four cheques. This investment affords her not just a place to reside but also a foothold in Dubai’s dynamic landscape.
