Crafted by URB, the visionary study envisions a transformative shift in the city’s infrastructure, positioning cycling at its core. 

A key highlight of this comprehensive plan is the introduction of “THE LOOP,” an ambitious 93 KM cycling highway that forms the backbone of the initiative.
