This 14-station Blue Line extension is set to connect prominent areas such as International City, Dubai Creek Harbour, Academic City, and Dubai Silicon Oasis, significantly reducing travel time between them. 

Forecasts predict a surge in daily passengers by 2030 and 2040, indicating a burgeoning population in these locales.

Anticipated by industry experts, metro connectivity is expected to bolster property prices and rentals by approximately 25 percent, becoming a significant driver of the local property market.

  • In International City: Nakheel’s Warsan Village and Dragon City Towers
  • Dubai Silicon Oasis: Deyaar Property Management’s Tria
  • Dubai Creek Harbour: Emaar’s Cove II, Creek Palace, Dubai Creek Tower, and Creek Waters
  • Dubai Festival City: Al Futtaim Group’s Al Badia Heights Villa Complex
