Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) recently announced a transformative collaboration with Kempinski Hotels and Marriott International, leading to the rebranding of five iconic Dubai hotels commencing January 1, 2024.

The Renaming Strategy:

Under this strategic move, renowned hotels in Dubai will sport new banners and identities:

  • Address Boulevard becomes Kempinski The Boulevard
  • The Address Dubai Mall transforms into Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai
  • The Address Dubai Marina will now be known as JW Marriott Hotel Marina
  • Vida Downtown Dubai Hotel transitions to Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection
  • Manzil Downtown Dubai Hotel rebrands as The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection
