Resolution by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed initiates the English-language Notary Services Office.

The genesis of the English-language Notary Services Office can be traced back to a resolution from Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, who serves as Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court in Abu Dhabi. 

In his capacity as the head of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, Sheikh Mansour played a pivotal role in the establishment of this new office.
